Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are only available within 24 hours of purchase. If an order ships to an incorrect address provided at checkout, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact support. In most cases we consider an order lost after 21 business days with no tracking updates (carrier-dependent).
